What data we process
Server Logs (Vercel)
When you visit this website, the hosting provider Vercel automatically stores technical access data (IP address, timestamp, accessed URL). This data is stored for a maximum of 30 days and is used exclusively for operation and security. We have no direct access to it.
AI Chat (gAIstal Guide)
Messages you enter in the chat widget are transmitted to the Groq API (Groq Inc., USA) for processing. We do not store these messages. The Groq privacy policy applies.
Submit a Route
When you submit a route via the form, the provided data (route details and optionally name and e-mail) is stored in our database (Turso/LibSQL, EU data centre). Name and e-mail are voluntary and are only used for follow-up questions about your submission. You can request deletion at any time.
Google Analytics 4
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Your consent is requested via a cookie banner on your first visit. Without consent, no analysis cookies are set (Google Consent Mode). With consent, usage data (pages visited, time spent, anonymised IP address) is collected and transmitted to Google servers, which may also be located in the USA. Data is automatically deleted after 14 months. The legal basis for consent is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. More details in Google's privacy policy.

This website sets cookies for the following purposes: (1) Session cookie for the password-protected admin area (HttpOnly, ends with the browser session); (2) Analysis cookies from Google Analytics 4 (see above).
